Distribution
Known only from the type locality, near the village of Huasahuasi, Provincia de Tarma, Departamento de Junín, Peru.
Comment
In the Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) unistrigatus group, Eleutherodactylus lacimosus assembly, most similar to Eleutherodactylus schultei, according to the original publication. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) lacrimosus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 123.
