Eleutherodactylus padrecarlosi Mueses-Cisneros, 2006, Zootaxa, 1271: 30. Holotype: ICN 50086, by original designation. Type locality: "COLOMBIA, Santander, Municipio de Tona, El Diviso, km. 22 carretera Bucaramango--Pamplona, 1950 m".

Distribution
Known only from the vicinity of the type locality in the municipios of Floridablanca and Tona, Santander, Colombia, 1750-1950 m elevation.
Comment
In the Eleutherodactylus conspicillatus group according to the original publication, similar to Eleutherodactylus douglasi (in the Eleutherodactylus galdi group), Eleutherodactylus carranguerorum, and Eleutherodactylus savagei. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) conspicillatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 120.
