Colostethus undulatus Myers and Donnelly, 2001, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 261: 23. Holotype: EBRG 3021, by original designation. Type locality: "forest stream on Cerro Yutajé, 1750 m (5° 46′ N, 66° 08′ W), Amazonas, Venezuela".
