Distribution

Cloud forests on the western slopes of Cordillera Oriental in Departaments of Boyacá, Cundinamarca, and Santander, Colombia, 1700-2400 m elevation.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group, in a monophyletic group included Eleutherodactylus frater, Eleutherodactylus ockendeni, and Eleutherodactylus taeniatus, according to the original publication.
