Distribution
Western flank of the Cordillera Oriental in Huila, and the nearby eastern flank of the Cordillera Central, in Caquetá, Colombia, 2300-2600 m elevation.
Comment
In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group, most similar to Eleutherodactylus calcaratus, Eleutherodactylus crucifer, and Eleutherodactylus incanus, according to the original publication.
