Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) gentryi Lynch and Duellman, 1997, Univ. Kansas Mus. Nat. Hist. Spec. Publ., 23: 97. Holotype: KU 131540, by original designation. Type locality: "'5 km E (by road) Pilalo' (estimated distance), 3200 m ( 00° 56′ 15″ S, 78° 45′ 30″ W), Provincia Cotopaxi, Ecuador".

Distribution

Elevations of 2850-3380 m in the upper reaches of cloud forest, principally in the humid subtemperate regime, west of the Páramo de Apagua, Provincia Cotopaxi, Ecuador.

Comment

Subgenus Eleutherodactylus, Eleutherodactylus curtipes group according to the original publication.
