Eleutherodactylus douglasi Lynch, 1996, Copeia, 1996: 103. Holotype: ICN 15405, by original designation. Type locality: "km 34.3 on the carretera from Bucaramanga to Pamplona, boundary (límite) between municipios Piedecuesta and Tona, Departamento de Santander, Colombia, elevation 2540 m."

Distribution

Eastern and western flanks of the Cordillera Oriental in Santander and Norte de Santander, Colombia, 1800-2550 m elevation, possibly extending into adjacent Venezuela.
