Eleutherodactylus diogenes Lynch and Ruiz-Carranza, 1996, Rev. Acad. Colomb. Cienc. Exact. Fis. Nat., 20: 356. Holotype: ICN 32705, by original designation. Type locality: "Hacienda 'El Tambo' of the Fundación Proselva, corregimiento 20 de Julio, Municipio El Tambo, Departamento del Cauca, Colombia, 1470-1580 m".

Comment
Most closely related to Eleutherodactylus diaphonus and Eleutherodactylus albericoi according to the original publication.
