Eleutherodactylus cuneirostris Duellman and Pramuk, 1999, Sci. Pap. Nat. Hist. Mus. Univ. Kansas, 13: 27. Holotype: LSUMZ 39369, by original designation. Type locality: "12 km (by trail) E la Peca (05° 36′ S, 78° 19′ W, 1700 m), Provincia Bagua, Departamento Amazonas, Peru".

Known only from the type locality in the Province of Bagua, Department of Amazonas, Peru.
