Eleutherodactylus cristinae Lynch and Ruiz-Carranza, 1985, Occas. Pap. Mus. Zool. Univ. Michigan, 711: 10. Holotype: KU 168558, by original designation. Type locality: "W slope Cerro Kennedy, 10 km E El Campaņo, Municipio Santa Marta, Depto. Magdalena, 1850 m", Colombia.

Distribution

Northern and western slopes (1530-3500 m) of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, 1530-2600 m elevation.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group according to the original publication. In the Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) conspicillatus series, not assigned to species group of Lynch and Duellman, 1997, Univ. Kansas Mus. Nat. Hist. Spec. Publ., 23: 222. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) unistrigatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 128. Rueda-Solano and Vargas-Salinas, 2010, Herpetozoa, 23: 88-90, discussed the elevational range and habitat of the species.
