Eleutherodactylus corrugatus Duellman, Lehr, and Venegas, 2006, Zootaxa, 1285: 52. Holotype: MUSM 28063, by original designation. Type locality: "Ullilen, Provincia de Mariscal Cáceres, Departamento de San Martín, Peru (06° 50′ 49″ S, 77° 41′ 40″ W, 3000 m a.s.l.)".

Known from three localities at elevations of 3000-3300 m in the northern part of the Cordillera Central in northern Peru, all in the Departamento San Martín.
In the Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) orestes group according to the original publication.
