Distribution
Elevations of 830-1200 m in humid subtropics of foothills of the Andes in extreme northwestern Ecuador (Esmeraldas Province) and extreme southwestern Colombia (Nariņo Department).
Comment
Subgenus Eleutherodactylus, Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group, most readily confused with Eleutherodactylus rosadoi, according to the original publication.
