Distribution

Elevations of 600-800 m in lower humid montane forest on the slopes of a ridge northeast of Tarapoto, Departamento de San Martín in northern Peru; reported 452 km to the northwest at 1094 m elevation in the vicinity of General Leonidas Plaza, Provincia Morona-Santiago, southeastern Ecuador.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus conspicillatus group, most closely allied with Eleutherodactylus lymani and Eleutherodactylus condor, according to the original publication.
