Eleutherodactylus amydrotus Duellman and Lehr, 2007, Sci. Pap. Nat. Hist. Mus. Univ. Kansas, 39: 6. Holotype: FMNH 231949, by original designation. Type locality: "the ridge above the base camp near Chorro Blanco, ca. 4.5 km (airline) NE Monte Seco, ca. 06° 51′ S, 79° 06′ W, ca. 1500 m, Departamento de Cajamarca, Peru ".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (4.5 km northeast of Monte Seco, ca. 1500 m elevation, Departamento de Cajamarca, Peru).

In the Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) unistrigatus group according to the original publication and therefore in Pristimantis sensu Heinicke, Duellman, and Hedges, 2007, Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA, 104: 10092-97. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) unistrigatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 128.
