Oreobates choristolemma (Harvey and Sheehy, 2005)
Ischnocnema choristolemma Harvey and Sheehy, 2005, Herpetologica, 61: 268. Holotype: CBF unnumbered (M.B. Harvey Field number 5753), by original designation. Type locality: "Serranía de Bella Vista, Caranavi province, La Paz department, Bolivia, ca. 1000 m, found in rocky leaf litter near a stream".
Oreobates choristolemma — Caramaschi and Canedo, 2006, Zootaxa, 1116: 48. by implication, although not addressed by those authors because described after paper was submitted; Padial, Chaparro, and De la Riva, 2008, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 152: 744.

Known only from the type locality in upper montane rainforest in the Serranía de Bella Vista, Caranavi Province, La Paz Department, Bolivia, ca. 1000 m.
