Cordillera Oriental in southern Peru and Bolivia, 1830-4190 m elevation.
Comment
Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 103, noted three unnamed species and provided evidence for the phylogenetic placement of this taxon. Duellman and Lehr, 2009, Terrest.-breeding Frogs in Peru: 259-262, provided accounts for the Peruvian species. See comment under Noblella.
