Phyllonastes heyeri Lynch, 1986, J. Herpetol., 20: 426. Holotype: KU 196529, by original designation. Type locality: "33 km SW Huancabamba, Departamento Piura, Peru, 3100 m".

Noblella heyeri — De la Riva, Chaparro, and Padial, 2008, Zootaxa, 1685: 68.

English Names

Heyer's Leaf Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 83).

Distribution

High ridges in the region of the Huancabamba Depression in Provincia Loja, Ecuador, and Departamento Piura, Peru.
