Phyllonastes carrascoicola De la Riva and Köhler, 1998, J. Herpetol., 32: 326. Holotype: ZFMK 59573, by original designation. Type locality: "Sehuencas, Provincia Carrasco, Departamento de Cochabamba, Bolivia (ca. 65° 16′ W, 17° 30′ S), 2150-2230 m".

Distribution

Cloud forests along the northeastern Andean slopes at least from Chapare, Departamento Cochabamba, eastward to Provincia Caballero, Departamento Santa Cruz, Bolivia, 1850-2700 m elevation.
