In the Eleutherodactylus milesi group, most similar to Eleutherodactylus chrysozetetes, Eleutherodactylus cruzi, Eleutherodactylus epochthidius, Eleutherodactylus stadelmani, and Eleutherodactylus trachydermus, according to the original publication.
