Tropical Premontane Rainforest zone in the Serranía de Tabasará from El Copé, Coclé Province east to Río Indio Arriba on the Atlantic versant, Panama.
Comment
In the Craugastor rugulosus series, and possibly extinct in the wild since 2004, according to the original publication.
