Rana guppyi Boulenger, 1884, Proc. Zool. Soc. London, 1884: 211. Holotype: BMNH 1947.2.1.87 (formerly 84.3.24.2) according to W.C. Brown in Frost, 1985, Amph. Species World: 459. Type locality: "Shortland Islands", Solomon Islands.

Distribution

New Britain Island and throughout the Solomon Islands except for San Cristobal.
