Distribution

Amazonian slopes of the Andes in Ecuador, Peru, and possibly into adjacent Bolivia; the western slopes of the Cordillera Oriental of the Andes in Colombia, and the eastern slopes of the Cordillera Central of the Andes in Colombia.
