Centrolene lemniscatum Duellman and Schulte, 1993, Occas. Pap. Mus. Nat. Hist. Univ. Kansas, 155: 12. Holotype: KU 217300, by original designation. Type locality: "14 km (by road) west of Venceremos (05° 44′ S, 77° 32′ W, 2000 m), Provincia Rioja, Departamento San Martín, Perú".
English Names

Distribution
Known only from the type locality on the eastern slopes of the central Andes of Peru.
Comment
In the Centrolene prosoblepon group according to the original publication, most similar to Centrolene hesperium.
