Zool., 69: 232), according to A.G.C. Grandison in Frost, 1985, Amph. Species World: 77. Type locality: "Buea, Kamerun, 950 m".

Stenoglossa fulva Andersson, 1903, Verh. Zool. Bot. Ges. Wien, 53: 144. Holotype: NHMG, although not listed in current type list. Type locality: "Buca im Kamerungebirge in einem Regenbach" (= Cameroon range [Buea]). Synonymy by Tandy and Keith, 1972, in Blair (ed.), Evol. Genus Bufo: 155.

Distribution
In creeks of the highlands (700-1200 m elevation) of west-central Togo and southwestern Cameroon, West Africa.
