Rhamphophryne acrolopha Trueb, 1971, Contrib. Sci. Nat. Hist. Mus. Los Angeles Co., 216: 18. Holotype: KU 76965, by original designation. Type locality: "Cerro Malí, Darién Province, Panamá, elevation 1410 m".

Rhinella acrolopha — Chaparro, Pramuk, and Gluesenkamp, 2007, Herpetologica, 63: 211. by implication.

English Names

Cerro Mali Beaked Toad (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 45).

Distribution

Serranía del Darién in Panama and immediately adjacent Colombia (Parque Nacional Los Katíos), 1410-1480 m elevation.
