Central and eastern Cuba, from Soledad and Cumanayagua, Sancti Spíritus Province, east to the type locality in Guantánamo Province.

Comment

Peltophryne taladai hybridizes with Peltophryne peltocephala in Oriente Province (now Holguin Province), Cuba, according to Schwartz, 1960, Proc. Biol. Soc. Washington, 73: 54.
