Nectophryne kempi Boulenger, 1919, Rec. Indian Mus., 16: 207. Syntypes: ZSIC (2 specimens), by original designation, of which ZSIC 18481 was reported by Chanda, Das, and Dubois, 2001 "2000", Hamadryad, 25: 104. Type locality: "Garo Hills, Assam [Meghalaya, India]. . . . above Tura, 2,500 ft.".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Garo Hills, Meghalaya, India).
