Type locality: "Mkalazi Valley, at about 1200 m, Udzungwa Scarp Forest Reserve, Udzungwa Mountains, Iringa Region, south eastern Tanzania (08° 23′ 44.9″ S, 35° 58′ 55.4″ E)".
