Chthonerpeton exile Nussbaum and Wilkinson, 1987, Occas. Pap. Mus. Zool. Univ. Michigan, 716: 8. Holotype: ZMUC R0268, by original designation. Now lost, according to museum records (personal commun., H. Kristensen, 24 Nov. 2010). Type locality: "'Bahia', Brazil".

English Names

Bahia Caecilian (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 26).

Distribution

Known only from the imprecise type locality (Bahia, Brazil).
