Ichthyophis youngorum Taylor, 1960, Univ. Kansas Sci. Bull., 40: 84. Holotype: EHT-HMS 35946, by original designation; now FMNH 189250 according to Marx, 1976, Fieldiana, Zool., 69: 35. Type locality: "Doi Suthep (Sutep), Chiang Mai, Thailand [now within the grounds of the Summer Palace], at approximately 1200 m. in elevation".

Distribution

Known only from Doi Suthep and Doi Angkang, Chiang Mai Province, northwestern Thailand, 700-1000 m elevation.
