Ichthyophis pseudangularis Taylor, 1965, Univ. Kansas Sci. Bull., 46: 276. Holotype: NHMB 4412, by original designation. Type locality: "Ceylon" (= Sri Lanka).

Taylor's Caecilian (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 25).

Distribution

Forested regions of southwestern Sri Lanka below 1525 m elevation.
