Oscaecilia koepckeorum Wake, 1984, Bonn. Zool. Beitr., 35: 213. Holotype: ZFMK 23392, by original designation. Type locality: "Quisto Cocha, an oxbow of the Rio Itaya, 15 km S of Iquitos, [Departamento Loreto,] Peru".
