Caecilia perdita Taylor, 1968, Caecilians of the World: 399. Holotype: UMMZ 121036, by original designation. Type locality: "Andagoya, Condoto, Choco, Colombia". Kluge, 1983, Misc. Publ. Mus. Zool. Univ. Michigan, 166: 4, noted that the field tag associated with the holotype gives the locality as "Andagoya-Condoto area".

Distribution

Pacific slope of northwestern Colombia.
