Nototriton monzoni Campbell and Smith, 1998, Sci. Pap. Nat. Hist. Mus. Univ. Kansas, 6: 6. Holotype: UTA A-50003, by original designation. Type locality: "Cerro del Mono, near La Unión, Zacapa, Guatemala, 1570 m elevation (14° 58′ N, 89° 17′ W)".

Distribution

Known only from lower montane wet forest at the type locality in lower montane wet forest, near La Unión, Zacapa, Guatemala, 1570 m elevation.
