Bolitoglossa oresbia McCranie, Espinal, and Wilson, 2005, J. Herpetol., 39: 108. Holotype: USNM 560001, by original designation. Type locality: "Cerro El Zarciadero, 14° 43.662′ N, 87° 53.925′ W, 1880 m elevation, Departamento de Comayagua, Honduras".

Cloud forests of the Cerro El Zarciadero, northern part of the Departamento de Comayagua, Honduras, 1300-1880 m elevation.

Comment

In the Bolitoglossa dunni group according to the original publication. Raffaëlli, 2007, Les Urodèles du Monde: 271, provided a brief account and map. McCranie, 2007, Herpetol. Rev., 38: 36, summarized the departmental distribution in Honduras. Reviewed by McCranie, 2008, Cat. Am. Amph. Rept., 843: 1-2.
