Indian Amph.: 181, 222 provided a brief account. Fei, Hu, Ye, and Huang, 2009, Fauna Sinica, Amph. 2: 802-806, provided an account for China, a spot map, and placed this species in their Rhacophorus maximus group. Mathew and Sen, 2010, Pict. Guide Amph. NE India: 118-119, provided a brief characterization and photographs. Fei, Ye, and Jiang, 2010, Colored Atlas of Chinese Amph.: 473, provided a brief account for China. Li, Zhao, and Dong, 2010, Amph. Rept. Tibet: 65, provided an account for Xizang, China.
