Philautus rus Manamendra-Arachchi and Pethiyagoda, 2005, Raffles Bull. Zool., Suppl., 12: 250. Holotype: WHT 3474, by original designation. Type locality: "Kiribatkumbura (near Peradeniya), alt. 450 m (07° 16′ N, 80° 34′ E)", Sri Lanka.

Pseudophilautus rus — Li, Che, Murphy, Zhao, Zhao, Rao, and Zhang, 2009, Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., 53: 519. Provisional arrangement and by implication.

English Names

Distribution

Kandy region at 500-800 m elevation, central Sri Lanka.

Comment

Most similar to Philautus temporalis, Philautus popularis, and Philautus nanus according to the original publication.
