Polypedates pseudocruciger Das and Ravichandran, 1998 "1997", Hamadryad, 22: 89. Holotype: ZSI-SRS VA 1077, by original designation. Type locality: "Glenbeck Estates, near Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District (08° 15′ N; 77° 25′ E), Tamil Nadu State, southern India."

Distribution

Western Ghats of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala states, southwestern India.

Comment

Previously considered to represent Indian populations of Polypedates cruciger (e.g., Daniels and Ravichandran, 1995, Asiat. Herpetol. Res., 6: 36-37). Daniels, 2005, Amph. Peninsular India: 167-169, provided an account.
