Philautus petilus Stuart and Heatwole, 2004, Asiat. Herpetol. Res., 10: 17. Holotype: FMNH 257902, by original designation. Type locality: "Phou Dendin National Biodiversity Conservation Area, Phongsaly District, Phongsaly Province, Laos, 22° 05′ 44″ N 102° 08′ 10″ E, at 600 m elevation".

None noted.
Distribution
Known only from the type locality in extreme northern Laos, near the Vietnam and China borders, presumably to be found in those countries.
