Philautus juliandringi Dehling, 2010, Salamandra, 46: 64. Holotype: NMBE 1056438, by original designation. Type locality: "the Pinnacles Trail (04°07′ N, 114°53′E), northern slope of Gunung Api, approx. 1100 m above sea level, Gunung Mulu National Park, Miri Division, Sarawak, Malaysia".

Known only from the type locality on Gunung Api, ca. 1100 m elevation, Gunung Mulu National Park, Miri Division, Sarawak, Malaysia, although expected to have a wider range.
Comment
In the Philautus aurifasciatus group, and formerly confused with Philautus longicrus, according to the original publication.
