Ixalus cornutus Boulenger, 1920, J. Fed. Malay States Mus., 8: 295. Syntypes: BMNH (several specimens), including BMNH 1947.2.6.41-42 (formerly 1915.12.2.19-20) according to Bossuyt and Dubois, 2001, Zeylanica, 6: 41. Type locality: "Sungei Kring, 7,300 feet, Korinchi Peak, Sumatra", Indonesia.
