Atelopus orcesi Coloma, Duellman, Almendáriz, Ron, Terán-Valdez, and Guayasamin, 2010, Zootaxa, 2574: 16. Holotype: MHNG 2684.75, by original designation. Type locality: "La Alegría-Sibundoy (0° 34′ N, 77° 31′ W; 2400 m), Provincia de Sucumbíos, Ecuador".

None noted.

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (La Alegría-Sibundoy) on the eastern versant of the Cordillera Oriental in Provincia Sucumbíos, Ecuador, ca. 2400 m elevation.

Comment

Expected to be extinct or nearly so according to the original publication.
