Gracixalus quangi Rowley, Dau, Nguyen, Cao, and Nguyen, 2011, Zootaxa, 3125: 22. Holotype: AMS R 173410, by original designation. Type locality: "on a leaf 1.5 m above rocky seep in a patch of dense, evergreen forest, approximately 10 m from large stream in Pu Hoat Proposed Nature Reserve, Que Phong District, Nghe An Province, Vietnam (19.700° N, 104.738° E, 1,110 m; . . .)".
