Atelopus arsyecue Rueda-Almonacid, 1994, Trianea, 5: 102. Holotype: IND-AN 5641, by original designation. Type locality: "Departamento del Cesar [Colombia], municipio de Valledupar, Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, cuenca alta del río Guatapuri, Veredas las Sabanas, Chanducua y Avinque, 2000 msnm".

None noted.

Distribution

Known only from cloud forest in the vicinity of the type locality on the southeastern versant of the Sierra Santa Marta, 2000-3500 m elevation in páramo and subparamo, northern Colombia.
