Amolops macrophthalmus Matsui, 1986, Copeia, 1986: 623. Holotype: FMNH 157431, by original designation. Type locality: "Bintulu Dist., Fourth Division, Sarawak. . . . Sungai Metallum, Sungai Pesu Camp".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality in Sarawak, Malaysia (Borneo).
