Guide Amph. Thailand: 88-89, provided a very brief account, map for Thailand, and photograph. See comments regarding distribution by Matsui, Khonsue, and Nabhitabhata, 2005, Zool. Sci., Tokyo, 22: 813. Wood, Grismer, Norhayati, and Senawi, 2008, Herpetologica, 64: 321-340, provided comparative information for this and other species from the Malayan Peninsula.
