Distribution
Fergusson, Goodenough, and Normanby islands, the Pini Range at the west end of Milne Bay, and the southern Owen Stanley Mountains, Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea.
Comment
In the Rana papua group according to the original publication. The species name is a noun in apposition.
