Rana rawa Matsui, Mumpuni, and Hamidy, 2012, Curr. Herpetol., 31: 40. Holotype: MZB Amph. 14565, by original designation. Type locality: "peat swamp in Giam-Siak Kecil Wildlife Reserve, Tasik Betung Village, Sungai Mandau Sub-district, Siak District, Riau Province, Sumatra, Indonesia (01° 15′ N, 101° 30′ E, 5-15 m asl)". Incorrect original usage.

English Names

None noted.

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Giam-Siak Kecil Wildlife Reserve, Tasik Betung Village, Sungai Mandau Subdistrict, Siak District, Riau Province, Sumatra, Indonesia).

Comment

The sister taxon of a group composed of Hylarana glandulosa, Hylarana baramica, and Hylarana laterimaculata according to the original publication.
