Distribution
Southern and peninsular Thailand, although likely more widely distributed.
Comment
Confused with Hylarana chalconota prior to its naming according to the original publication. Nutphund, 2001, Amph. Thailand: 118, provided a brief characterization and photograph (as Rana chalconota) of what may be this species.
