Huia melasma Stuart and Chan-ard, 2005, Copeia, 2005: 284. Holotype: FMNH 215970, by original designation. Type locality: "Thailand, Kanchanaburi Province, Tham Tarn Lot (= Chalerm Rattanakosin) National Park, from a rocky stream".

Odorrana melasma — Che, Pang, Zhao, Wu, Zhao, and Zhang, 2007, Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., 43: 1-13. by implication.

"Huia" melasma — Stuart, 2008, Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., 46: 54. see comment.

English Names

None noted.

Distribution

Kanchanaburi, Prachuap Kirikhan, and Chiang Mai Provinces in western and northern Thailand.

Comment

Most similar to Huia nasica according to the original publication. Stuart, 2008, Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., 46: 49-60, considered this taxon to be in a clade composed of Meristogenys, Clinotarsus, and Odorrana and preferred not to place this taxon prior to phylogenetic analysis.
